MotorGrid is an automotive directory and lead generation platform. We do not buy, sell, or act as an agent for the sale of any vehicle. All vehicle transactions are conducted directly between the buyer and the registered dealership. MotorGrid accepts no liability for the condition, accuracy of description, or pricing of any listed vehicle.

3. User Conduct

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
  • Submit false or misleading information via any enquiry form.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under South African law.
  • Attempt to disrupt the availability, performance, or security of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the MotorGrid brand, logo, design, and copy — is the property of MotorGrid Marketplace and is protected under South African copyright law. Vehicle images and descriptions remain the property of the respective dealerships.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date. Always verify vehicle details directly with the dealership before making any purchasing decision.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotorGrid Marketplace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any vehicle transaction conducted with a listed dealership.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
